If I have a message in my art, it is a simple one. There is great beauty in everything around us. I only ask of others, ‘Take the time to notice and appreciate it’. As an artist, my goal is to capture this beauty and help others become aware of it.”

For three decades I have been traveling the back roads of Middle America, especially the Missouri and Arkansas Ozarks, capturing its beauty with the camera, pastels and oils.  I’m constantly searching for those fleeting moments when the atmospheric conditions, the light and Mid-America’s awesome landscape come together in a flash of visual inspiration. Whether you get your inspiration from the ebb and flow of the Mississippi River, taking a quiet walk through the rugged Ozark Mountains, or watching a summer thunderstorm roll across the Kansas Plains I believe you will appreciate my art.
